COTH met October 5, 2019 in Arlington VA. COTH made revisions to the Resident Rescue Fund governing document and established a minimum balance for the fund and trigger for contributions to replenish to the fund. COTH made committee and liaison appointments. Based on feedback from CASPR programs, COTH made changes to the MP II schedule and process. Programs will now have more time to interview at the start of the process and the ability to rank applicants between rounds. Implementing these changes requires a reduction in rounds from 5 to 3.
